Benefits of a Virtual Assistant

  • Hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA) is not like hiring an employee.  I want to see your business succeed!  I care about your success where most employees have the “rent” syndrome.  You know, it’s not mine so who cares?  You will never get that from a VA.
  • Hiring a VA will save you money.  You do not have to pay your VA health insurance, taxes, workman’s compensation or even coffee breaks.  You are only billed for the exact hours that are worked on your business and nothing more.
  • You will be able to spend more time on your business and become more successful!  Let your VA take care of your administrative and personal work.
  • You will have more time for the things you love to do like spending time with your family, friends or taking a vacation.  How much is that worth to you??
  • You will get a true confidante and partner for your business.  A VA is also a business owner and only succeeds if your business succeeds!  She will work on your tasks to make your business is successful and lead you on the path to more wealth and freedom.
  • Your Virtual Assistant is only a phone call or email away.  My clients like to have weekly conference calls and we email each other to make sure things are going smoothly.  But it is your business and your comfort level, so whatever you feel comfortable with is what you will get.  I offer you encouragement, a sounding board, idea maker, networker and true supporter for your business.
  • You do not have to buy extra office equipment and you get to keep your space and your privacy.  Your VA already has her own office set up and works directly out of her home.
  • Hiring a VA you develop a relationship with that person.  For the clients who hire me I like to get to know your business and anticipate what is needed for your business to succeed.  This way the worry is off of you and wondering if it is getting done.  You will get updated emails about how the project is progressing.
  • Do you have a hard time finding an assistant to work part-time?  Most VA’s work part-time for several clients.  Most clients only want a few hours a week, but it is your business and you get to decide how many hours a week or month you need.  Once you find a VA you feel you can work with then the hours can be worked out between the both of you.  And if you do need a Virtual Assistant full-time -no problem.  There are several of us that work full time for our client too, depending on schedules.
  • I work out of my home in the Midwest and my clients are from all over the US.
  • Virtual Assistants are either paid hourly or by project.  The best thing is you get to decide!  So if you have a forecast of what you would like to spend for your VA then you can work it out with them on how many hours and what needs to get done for that allotted project.
